A Cancer Benefit For 4 Year Old Dakota Neblock/Urban Arts Music Festival

Dakota was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma when she was just four months old. She relapsed from her disease at 9 months of age, and successfully battled 6 months of chemotherapy into NED (No Evidence of Disease) status once again. Unfortunately, after almost two years cancer free she relapsed again. She is Stage IV High-Risk at this time, and she continues her battle since beginning treatment again in February 2009. She is a fighter!
